Test decisions
Check each placement outcome and the corresponding browser behavior.
Filled response
Send a valid request from your Test project with current consent. For a fill, check placement and decision.fill, then pass the response to the hosted renderer. Confirm the media renders before treating the ad as displayed.
Controlled no-fill
With a Server Test Key, append test_outcome=no_fill to /v1/placements. Expect decision.fill: false, placement: null, and test_controlled_no_fill. The UI should clear the slot and keep the AI task running. Remove the parameter for normal requests.
Pending or not-ready response
When no placement is ready, leave the slot empty. Do not pass an incomplete response to the renderer or delay the AI output.
Measurement after a fill
Check the expected render and visibility events once the ad is displayed. Retrying the same event must not double-count it.
